RATTAN is the simple tale of the moth and the flame.

A small village… … ... simple village folks. Gouri a Rajput maiden, and Govind a Bnya boy were playmates from childhood. They never thought they could be separated but destiny ordained otherwise. Gouri was tied in the chains of wedlock and moved a prisoner to the city.

Then came Divali. Gouri’s mother sent some sweets to Gouri through Govind. Gouri had taken a vow not to return to the village till Govind too had been married. Gouri and Govind met tongue-tied……. tears came to their rescue to express their feelings. They parted but to meet again at the same spot where they used to play in their childhood. Can love be pure?

See it portrayed in RATTAN.
