Shyam arrives at the fatal island to prove the innocence of his father Seth Shiv Ratan Rai.

The authorities and the populace are under the belief that Seth Shiv Ratan Rai while cruising with his friend Sardar Jai Martand in a boat in the open sea with the latter's daughter Ratna, had a quarrel over the property right of the fort during which Seth Shiv Rattan Rai murdered Jai Martand and absconded. Ratna is also said to have drowned in the sea along with the boat that caught fire during the scuffle.

Shyam, who is confident that his father is innocent has also undergone the brunt of his sister’s unhappiness, whose marriage with the boy she loved is broken due to these allegations.

Shyam is determined to find out as to what actually happened on that fatal day. Since all three are missing, who is the real culprit?

He takes his dwelling in “Hotel Braganza” where his father had stayed during that dreadful period.

While scouting the area, Shyam is attacked by a person hiding in a Black Burkha. Shyam escapes and also the culprit. Shyam reports the matter to the police and the inspector promises to keep vigilance over the situation.

Undaunted, Shyam continues his desperate efforts to find out the truth, he now finds a bunch of hair, flower veni, and a dupatta rising up from the sea waves.

He is surprised.

These findings bring him in touch with the two women, the second wife of Sardar Jai Martand and Mrs. Braganza the femme fatale of the deceased. Shyam is convinced that between these two lies the mystery.

However, his further visits in the fort reveal a ghost which is said to be that of Ratna.

This ghost haunts Shyam and annoys Mrs. Braganza who treats Shyam to have the hotel vacated. Shyam is confused.

Meanwhile Sher Singh, the Manager of a Girls’ Hostel, which is run by the wife of the so-called deceased, now encounters the Black Burka and witnesses the murder of the head waiter at hotel Braganza.

Tension mounts higher and ultimately a little clue supplied by the innocent inmates of the Girl’s Hostel leads to a hot chase within the fort.

Shyam by now convinced that the so-called ghost is no ghost but Ratna and how the love of the two ultimately succeeds in working Shyam’s errand successful is a series left for the audience to be thrilled at the show.
