The high command has instructed the Police Department to take full responsibility for the complete safety of a top C. B I. Officer-Ravi Kumar, who is arriving in Bombay from Delhi by flight No. 186. But -on the other hand — as per the orders from Big Boss—Durjan, Tony and other men execute a most dangerous plan which baffles the police and implicates Raju. He somehow, manages to get a time limit of fifteen days from the concerned authorities to go on a deadly mission to prove his innocence.
