Nikkie a fashion model gets a lift on the highway and is murdered. It is the fifth such murder-Five people have been driving around in their cars at that time. Sanjay a paraplegic and a champion archer; his adoring younger brother who coincidently otherwise has been visiting him on the very days of the murders; Mr. Verma, a women-hater whose son Rahul was Nikkie's boy-friend, Dr. Kapoor, Sanjay's coach who is in constant conflict with Mr. Verma because of his influence on Rahul; and Cresto, Sanjay's womanizing servant. All these people arrive at 'PLOT-No.5'

Later Nikkie's body with Rahul's photograph in her hand-bag is found in a cinema hall by Inspector Khan. The questioning of Rahul leads Khan to Mr. Verma. His suspicions increase on overhearing Rahul accuse his woman-hating father of having committed the murder. Verma leads Khan to Dr. Kapoor and subsequently to Sanjay and Ajay. Matters reached such a pitch that even Ajay's fiancee Sarita starts suspecting her sweet-heart.

A series of incidents lead, the five suspects to a meeting at PLOT No.5, soon they start accusing each other, tensions mount and their mutual distrust leads them to contrive to kill each other to save their own skins. 

The interplay of these forces keeps the tension at high-pitch throughout and leads to a shattering climax !!
