The judge from Faizabad, convicts a criminal, Dilwar Namak, for his crime and sentences him to jail. Once the convict gets out of jail, he takes revenge on the judge by taking his little girl and handing her over to a tawaif Bikhanam Namak. He is very happy that now the daughter of such a big family will be a tawaif and ruin the reputation of the family. Despite being a tawaif she saves her respect and eventually also becomes a big shayara. Without informing Bikhanam she marries Nawab Sultan  Shoda. Bikhanam  learns about this. And she decides to take revenge from both of them.  She bribes a young man with the temptation of money and sends him to Nawab Sultan’s court  in order to plant doubt in his head. Thereafter, the Nawab becomes a prey of misunderstanding as he ends up listening to a conversation between the young man and Umrau at a wrong time. He throws Umrau out of his home at that instant. Poor Umrau makes her way to her mother’s home in her master’s company. On the way, a group of dacoits attack and loot them. Despite this, the Master makes sure she reunites with her mother. Just as her mother pulled her to hug, her elder brother – Anwar- who had seen her as a tawaif  in Lucknow tells their mother about her past , snatches her from her mother’s embrace and throws her out of their house. Poor Master decides to take her to his house when on the way they encounter Dilwar, the dacoit and Bikhanam’s husband.  A fight breaks out. To know what happens in the fight and to Umrau, you should watch it on the silver screen.
