KASAM VARDI KEE is the story about the sheer and ordent honesty of a Police Inspector. Our main protagonist Inspector Vijay Singh (Jeetendra) swears by his uniform, his duty towards the people and the nation come what way, he will always function within the periphery of the law. One day he even sacrifies his love Aarti (Bhanu Priya) by putting her behind bars for the sake of law.
Ajay Singh (Chunkey Pandey) is Vijay Singh's younger brother. Ajay a college toing happy-go-lucky lad, busy romancing with Pooja (Farah) thinks somewhat differently towards which actually is manipulative. Ajay thinks due to his bitter past experience, many loopholes and flaws in the working and implementation of law.
Somewhere along Vijay Singh's course of duty, he gets framed into a crime he has not committed and now sentenced. Conspiracy hatched by Neta Parsuram (Vikram Gokhale), his son Vicky (Raj Kiran), business Tycoon Chadda (Anupam Kher) and local hoodlum Janardhan (Kiran Kumar) who were involved in a smuggling racket which inspector Vijay Singh was on the verge of busting.
Ajay Singh comes to meet his brother in prison to find out the details of enemies; Vijay refuses to divulge and information about the conspiracy against him, until he promises to join the Police.
