Didn't someone say there was something evil, some sordid story behind every rich man. Take Seth Dwarkadas. He was rich, rolling in wealth and known all over the city. But no one knew the real Seth Dwarkadas his doings, his dealings.

The Seth had his own ingenious way of making money. He had a team of handsome young men working in what can only be called a vicious racket. These young men went to the villages on the Seth's orders, lured young and pretty village girls, who innocently fell for their charms. After making tall promises they brought them to the city of their dreams. Once these girls came to the city, Seth Dwarkadas sold them to brothels at high rates-made the innocent girls prostitutes.

This Seth also had a family of his own-a wife, a son Kishan and a daughter Ganga. Whatever his dealings with the outside world were Seth Dwarkadas loved his children more than anything. One day the Seth's wife came to know the ignominious doings of her husband. Unable to bear the truth she leaves home-leaves it forever, with her two children.

Kishan and Ganga grow up-a loving brother to a loving sister. Kishan's affection for Ganga is more than just affection. He wants to do all the good things in life for her. He wants to get her married. But where was the money? He knew where it was? In the city. So it was the city where he reached.

The city, its fast life and its people fascinated Kishan like it fascinates every other yokel from far away village. But the one thing which fascinated him most was a girl, a loving girl, called Radha. He falls in love. Radha reciprocates. A new relationship develops.

One evening Radha tells Kishan of the cause of her sulking and periodical fits of sorrow. Her brother had been wrongly implicated on a charge of murder, the murder of a stranger-and is behind bars waiting for the hangman's noose. For love anything, says Kishan and vows to release her brother from prison at any cost-even at the cost of his own life. Love triumphs. Kishan and his strong and lion hearted friend Gafoora manage to release Radha's brother (How they do it you'll see in the film). Radha's joy knows no bounds. Her love for Kishan grows out of bounds.

But life is not always all a bed of roses. Kishan receives a message "Your sister kidnapped" it says. He leaves Radha and rushes to his native place where he is in for another shock. He is informed that his well-loved sister is also caught in his villainous father's dragnet, his own vicious trap. Kishan is shocked, even more than shocked. In anger and full of the spirit of revenge he begins a quest for his Ganga in every brothel. She must be saved from shame he says.

Kishan's activities and hovering round brothels and involvement with shady characters arouse the suspicions of his beloved Radha and also his trusted friend Gafoora. Kishan kept his silence. One day he had a distant view of his sister. He felt his long quest had come to an end. Before he could reach out to her she jumped to her death. Who forced her to take such a step? Why did she die at such a young age?

Kishan, with his dead sister's body in his hands screams for revenge.

At this stage a new quest begins for him. He wants to seek revenge on his sister's killers.

Where does this quest end? Does Kishan succeed in his attempt to seek revenge.

Does Kishan's mother ever come back into his life?  What about the love between Radha and Kishan?
And what about Seth Dwarkadas? Does Kishan meet his father (the Seth) again? If yes, then under what circumstances? Who were the sinners? Who were the killers? What was the punishment meted out to them? Can blood talk and scream?

For all your answers-"Kasam Khoon Ki" is the answer.
