Charandas, a small workshop owner, is an ideal husband, and illustrious father, and a friend anybody could be proud of. He leads a contended life with his wife, who treats him as a god, and two children who greet him by touring his feet.

As is natural with a man of hard work and integrity, who are always favoured upon by God Almighty, Charandas succeeds in building up a big industrial empire within a period of ten years, and becomes a multi-millionaire. But inspite of his enormous wealth and status, Charandas, continues to be the same as a man, and as a husband, father and friend while his wife and children deviate from the path of righteousness, and start pursuing the wasteful pleasure of life like, celebrating and solemnising the birthdays and marriages of their pet animals. The same gives a severe shock to Charandas. He tries to stop them from their activities through pleadings and pursuations, buy they, not only turn a deaf ear to him, but become impertinent to him and even ridicule him.

Their attitudes become unbearable to Charandas. He becomes desperate not knowing what to do. During those moments a desperation, Charandas, comes across a young and pretty girl named Lali, who has her own tragic past, from the side of her husband who discarded her soon after marriage.

Charandas and Lali fall for each other and the former brings the latter home as his beloved darling, not caring for the people at home and the world outside.

What follows shall be witnessed on the silver screen.
