Man’s ambition knows no bounds and man is ready to do anything to realize that ambition. His father and mother were victims of man’s greed and ambition. And since the day he saw his mother killed. Bhola, nursed an ambition to trace the killer and deal with him with the same dagger with which his mother was killed, He grew up into a carefree, brave youth who had no compunction to rob the rich, to help the poor. But one day he was caught and taken to the palace, rather stealthily. For, the Minister and commander of the state were worried. The prince was missing and Bhola who resembled the prince was brought to the palace, mistaken for the prince.

Bhola wanted to run away. First, the minister did not believe him. But later when he came to know the truth he was eager that Bhola shall play the prince’s role to save the kingdom and Bhola too agreed for it gave him a chance to trace his mother’s killer. Moreover, he was attracted by Radha, Princess of the neighbourhood state who was bethrothed to the Prince and whom he had earlier met on a train. The bond of love and the burning passion to take revenge forced him to accept the new role. And the more he got involved in palace intrigues, assassinations and plots, the more was he convinced that it would lead him to the killer.

Did he find him? How long could he impersonate as the Prince? What happened to the real Prince? And would a poor man like him could marry the Princess whom he loved? ‘Bandi’ provides you all the answers in a most thrilling climax.
