Dacoit Balbir (Danny) enters the village with his henchmen on Motor-cycle and the villagers are frightened with the sound of Motorcycles. Nobody knows from where Balbir comes and where he goes. But once Balbir was caught by a Police Officer Ranjeet (Shashi Kapoor). Balbir tried his utmost to drive Ranjeet, but he handed him over to law. Somehow Balbir ran away from jail and took revenge on the very day Ranjeet was enjoying his honemoon with Sheela his newly-wed wife (Hema Malini).
Sheela once met Raghu (Shatrughan Sinha) and Ballu (Mithun Chakraborty), two youngsters who after listening to Sheela's story decided to live in the same village and stood like 'Aandhi' and 'Toofan' (Storm and Gale) in front of Balbir.
They lived in the village with Janoo (Rajkiran), his beloved Banoo (Kajal Kiran), a Restaurant Owner, Kapoor (Om Shivpuri) and his daughter Meena (Meenakshi Sheshadri) as family members and raised their voice against Balbir. In the battle of law and crime Janoo had to make a sacrifice.
What happened to Meena, when she was sent to Balbir?
Did Raghu and Ballu surrender Balbir to Sheela?
How could Sheela fulfil her pledge given to Ranjeet?
All these questions will be solved when you see 'AANDHI-TOOFAN' on the silver screen.
