Amit is from a middle class family and is the son of taxi driver V.K. Verma. One night at the Disco he meets Reema with whom he falls in love at first sight. He keeps approaching her, but when they both go for a quiz contest to Delhi, representing their college, they fall in love.

Reema's father is an industrialist and a partner of Sudhir Bhai, and does not approve of this affair. While Amit is away to Panchgani, Goswami decides to engage Reema to Vicky, Sudhir Bhai's son.

Amit attends the ceremony, where Reema repulses the pressure on her and rebels. Amit and Reema run away and get married. Vicky forcibly takes Reema away but saves her from his clutches and good reigns over evil.
