Vicky (Krishna) is a young and ambitious boy. He is poor and brought up by his mechanic friends in garage he plans to realize his dreams by marrying a rich girl. He visits discos in the nights to attract rich girls thru his excellent dancing talents. Here he meets a girl (VivekaBabaji) who is living a carefree luxurious life and has an emotional bond with casino owner Vijay Pal (Deepak Tijori). One day he is knocked by a rich girl Teena (Deeksha) and tries to befriend her by presenting to be a rich man. He fools her occasionally gets messed up because of Palji, a millionaire Sikh (Johny Lever). Paji lives only to spend lavishly on his friends with an attitude to live king size. Vicky gets confused as sometimes his dream girl (Tina ) refuses to recognize him and he later realizes her to be a look-alike (Priya). Vicky saves Rahul - an industrialist (Sharad), who in turn gives him a job to keep an eye on his wife, who is Tina's look-alike (Priya). Vicky keeps chasing Priya and gets caught again due to Paji's intervention. Priya persuades Vicky to come to her house in the evening and tries to seduce him and gets murdered.
