A brave and honest Police Inspector Kailashnath pays for his honesty with his life. He is brutally murdered by Diwan Vikram Singh in front of his young son Shankar.

Shankar grows up with the memories of his father’s gory murder which haunt him. His obsession is to track down Vikram Singh and avenge his father s death. Vikram Singh by now is a leading figure of the underworld living within the inpenetiable walls of his empire.

Then comes the day when time which till now had been cruel to Kailashnath's family takes a turn and Shankar finds himself face to face with his father s killer.
