Rousoulli, the bandit chief, thinks himself as the real inheritor of Sultanat. To assert this right, he attacks the capital city. Faithful lieutenant Khalid defends the royal prestige of his country and becomes the personal enemy of Rousoulli. Rousoulli tries and takes, Khalid and his pregnant wife, into his captivity. Khalid’s wife dies after giving birth to a healthy son. At the same time Rousoulli’s wife delivers a dead child. Rousoulli exchanges the child and throws Khalid in an open desert. In the desert Khalid is exhausted and saved by an American lady tourist in almost dying state. She takes care of Khalid and later marries him. Time passes by and Khalid’s son Sultan is taken care of as Rousoulli’s son. Khalid’s American wife delivers a son named Samir who by the fate of an oath which Khalid takes, is sent abroad with his mother, banished, destined not to see his father’s face, till Rousoulli is killed.
Khalid’s oath is fulfilled only when a grown up Sultan kidnaps the royal princess. Sent by the King to bring back his daughter, Khalid finally manages to kill Roussouli.
Samir, returns home only to be captured by Sultan. Though Khalid, manages to free Samir, he becomes a prisoner of Sultan.
