Rana Choudhary (Imtiaz Khan) and Amrit (Mazhar Khan) alongwith Madhu (Madhu Malhotra) and Sarita Meena Rai) raided and killed Om Sharma (Satish Kaul) and made getaway with a attache case of 10 lakhs.

Police was alerted and the four crooks hid in the house of Mr & Mrs Yash Raj. From that night onwards they left a trail of murders and for 20 years stayed away from India. On their return a series of incidence took place. First Madhu was raped by the ghost and a child of evil was born.

Next came the gruesome murder of Amrit. The case was handled by inspector Vinod Sharma who is the boy-friend of Rana's daughter Mona.

When Rana discovers that her daughter is in love with the man whose father he had killed 20 years ago. The tension amounts further when Rana's secretary begins to make blackmail demands on Rana.

Inspector Sharma wants to find out the killers of his father but each clue that he unearths gets destroyed by a ghost and the shadow of the child of evil.

Who is the ghost, why is he after these four crooks, why does he attack at night, will Vinod Sharma, succeed in finding his father's killer.
