One day Deepak comes to Bombay and stays in the opposite flat of Mehrotra's house. Deepak see's Asha's miseries from his rooms window and feels sympathy for her. Deepak once meets Asha and they become friendly. Asha tells Deepak that if he will murder her husband Mehrotra, she will marry him and they will have all wealth. Deepak is afraid but finally agrees to the plan. Mehrotra comes to know about their plans and instead tells Deepak that he should kill his wife otherwise he will be handed over to the police for attempted murder. Deepak asks for some time but one night he goes to meet Mehrotra. He find to his surprise that Mehrotra is already dead and as he is about to run, the police arrives.
