NASIHAT is the story of the characters who in connivance with the foreigners are bent upon destroying the economy of their own country and hinder its progress. Law has no value for them. They are always finding new ways and methods to escape law. The main characters of this film are smugglers who smuggle goods worth crores of rupees. They do not hesitate to finish their own men even if there is any likelihood of their secret being disclosed.
It is a struggle between law and crime.
