Dreadful killer threats Kumar's (Chander Sharma) son Jummy (Rahul) to kill Kumar's four associates on 13th of every month. Unidentified killer kills Shaji (Shahjad Khan) with sharp weapon called KHANJAR The Knife.

Raja (Sunil Shetty) is working in a stud farm and loves Shilpa (Tabu) who does not care for Raja. Kumar son and Pummy (Gulshan Grover) want to marry Shilpa and once Pummy attacks to kill Jimmy for Shilpa and Ajay saves him.

Kumar's 2nd associate Jeetu is also killed on 13th when he was enjoying with his girl friend & horrified Kumar and Police Dept. Both, Police gets clue of the killer finding his gloves.

The killer also kills Kumar's two associates later on on 13th night. Police is alarmed and hunting for the killer.
