Aditya Pancholi is a forest officer. An elephant is a friend of his. They both stay together. Aditya does his duty honestly which becomes the obstacle for Puneet Issar who is ruining jungle by cutting and felling the trees and killing rare animals. One day Puneet and his two brothers Tej Sapru and Vishwajeet Pradhan kills Aditya, which is seen by elephant who is scaled by a chain to a massive tree and he is helpless.

Time goes by, Puneet forgets everything after some time, but the elephant could not forget the killing of his friend Aditya. The elephant come to Mithun as Prize gift in a street fight. Mithun already has a dog and a monkey. Mithun stays with Paintal, Dog and Monkey in a rental house but they have never paid any rent for it. He is in love with Prem Chopra's daughter Mantra to whom the house belongs.

One day Mithun comes to the hospital to meet his mother with elephant. He ties the elephant outside the hospital. At the same time Puneet also come to the hospital, to meet his brother Vishwajeet. Elephant immediately recognises Puneet and he wanted to follow but in the meantime Mithun comes out and the elephant could not follow Puneet. But that same night elephant comes to the hospital. Vishwajeet is insomaniac, he comes out of the hospital and death was waiting for him outside. The elephant kills him the same way as he had killed Aditya. Before Police can find out Vishwajeets killers. Tej is also killed in a temple mysteriously. But Mithun has come to know the killer and beats the elephant and tells him to go away but the elephant refuses, and he takes Mithun to a grave yard where Mithun comes to know the truth. Mithun apologises and tells the elephant that Puneet the main culprit is still alive and in the final battle elephant is not alone, Mithun, the dog, the monkey and Paintal are 'JORIDAR' See how the final battle is fought and won on the big screen only.
