Rajesh (Vijay Arora) is the son of Prof. Gupta (Ramesh Deo). Parvati (Seema Deo) the wife of Prof. Gupta, accuses her daughter-in-law Lakshmi (Sunita Sharma) for not begetting a child. Lakshmi replies that the mistake does not lie alone in her, but it also may be in her husband.

Prof. Saxena, the friend of Prof. Gupta, takes Rajesh to a doctor, who reveals that Rajesh has committed some blunders pertaining to sex.

Gupta's second son Satish, a young man who is always indulged in reading such books which provoke sexual desire. Ultimately, he goes to a brothel-house. He becomes victimised to a venereal disease.

Gupta's teen-age daughter Asha (Abhilasha) goe sto school daily with Pradip (Irfan), a teen-age boy who is studying in the college.

Asha is so innocent that she gets scared when she attains puberty. Prof. Saxena's daughter, Meenu takes her to a lady doctor who explains all about the inner developments in a girl's body.

Meenu also comes to the rescue of her college-mate, Bindu (Nylex Nalini) who developed hatred towards men-folk, consequence of which she has become a lesbian, also a drug-addict and is about to ruin her own life.

The love of Asha and Pradip is developed into lust when they find some solitary moments. Asha becomes pregnant, news of which creates storm in her family.
