Insaan aur Shaitan is the story of the two faces of a man. Vijay Chauhan - security officer is accused of murder of causing a train accident for looting gold - an accident in which his father became blind and he is on the run both from police and from evil men who are after his gold.

One day he reads an advertisement in the paper and taking a chance meets his evilgenius - the other face of man - the Shaitan.

There is an accident and one of them dies - Who was died? - has evil died or the good?

The mother of Vijay dies of shock thinking her son has died. But the police think Vijay is alive and wanted to use him, To stamp our evil Ratna is out to kill Vijay thinking him to be the murderer of her sister.

And yet evil is not stamped out till --- in a thrilling climax once again it is proved that in the end good always triumphs over evil.
