Sagar (Govinda) & Vishal Kapoor (Vinod Khanna) live under the same roof. Even though they are not real brothers, Vishal loves Sagar more than his blood-brother. Sagar is a happy-go-lucky youth and always surrounded by beautiful girls, who are crazy after him.

Where Sagar is full of love & Beauty, Vishal is just his opposite. His lust for money and deeds of terrorism take Vishal far apart. He has two henchmen-Nageshwar (Paresh Rawal) and Dalal (Tinu Anand), through them Vishal spreeds terror & fights against law & justice. For Vishal love is such a thing which could be bought by money. Asha (Ashwini Bhave) loves Vishal but Vishal breaks her heart through his cruel views. Asha goes away from Vishal.

In playing hide & seek with terror & law. One day Vishal reaches in the jaws of death, but at the same time Barkha (Ayesha Zhulka) a stage dancer saves him without caring for her life and gives Vishal altogether a new life. 

Obsessed by this noble gesture Vishal brings Barkha to his home. Within no time he becomes the uncrowned king of world of criminals and makes Barkha the queen of his heart.

But suddenly destiny takes a new turn. Sagar, enchanted by the beauty of Barkha and her dance, starts loving her in his own mad way.

When Vishal comes to know about the mad love between Sagar & Barkha he becomes deadly and tries to kill Sagar & abducts Barkha from that place. Than the courageous lover within Sagar awakes and  he challenges Vishal to fight to the end. Love becomes terror & changes into hateful revenge. This revenge takes a deadly form of battle between two brothers turned enemies. And than what happens? for this you will have to see 'EKKA  RAJA RANI' yourself.
