Eena (Rishi Kapoor) is an orphan, brought up by Maaji (Dina Pathak). Deeka (Vinod Khanna) is a gangster, who works for Bhujang (Kiran Kumar) and his five sons (played by Mohnish Behl, Gulshan Grover, Shiva, Balbinder and Lalit Tiwari). Deeka wants to lead a good life, wants to leave Bhujang but is unable to do so as he gets caught by inspector U. R. Bully (Anupam Kher). Deeka Threatens to Kidnap U. R. Bully’s daughter Meena (Juhi Chawla) when he would be released from jail. Bhujang’s son Shani (Gulshan Grover) is crazy about Meena. He wants to marry her.

Maaji falls sick. Eena needs money for her operation. He robs a bank and incidentally, Deeka is also in the bank at that time. Bully thinks that Deeka has robbed the bank. Deeka and Eena escape. Deeka takes Eena to the police station, to tell the truth. Eena puts the blame on Deeka. Deeka then forcibly holds Meena captive, catches hold of Eena and flees with the two of them in his custody, the police announces a cash award of Rs. 2 lacs in order to nab Eena, Meena and Deeka. A Group of beggars - Dabba Seth (Kader Khan), Khali (Shakti Kapoor), and others, launch a search for Eena, Meena and Deeka to grab the prize money. When Bhujang comes to know that Deeka has kidnapped Meena, he assures Shani escape from Deeka’s clutches.

Eena deposits part of the robbed sum in the hospital for his mother’s operation. Meena does not want to return home because she is afraid that her father would get her married to Shani, whom she hates. Both Eena and Meena start living in a village, under a false identity. Here, they fall in love. Deeka is on their trail and once again, Eena and Meena are his captives. Now, Bhujang’s men, beggars, and the police are on the lookout for Eena, Meena, and Deeka.

Do the police catch Eena, Meena, and Deeka? Or

Does Bhujang nab them? Or

Do the beggars find them first?

Does Shani prevent Eena and Meena’s union?

Does Deeka take revenge from Eena?
