Professor Joshi is busy in his experiment of preparing invisible capsul. A man using this capsul will disappear. Nobody will be able to look at him but he will look at all. Professor finds his son Raj always absent. Today also Raj with his friend has gone for a picnic where he is singing & dancing with a beautiful young girl Asha.

Professor's daughter Jyoti loves a young boy Ramesh who is a Boss of a criminal gang. Ramesh is trying to get the secret of invisible capsul. Professor completes his formula same night Ramesh sends five girls of his gang to get the capsul from Professor's Laboratory where the girl, murder and assistant of Professor failing to get capsuls.

Professor & Raj report the matter personally to I.G. Police who deputes Inspector Saxena to investigate.

Raj himself also tries to reveal & meets Cabre Dancer Helan. As she tries to disclose same secret to Raj - she is killed & charge of murder comes to Raj. Now police is behind Raj.

Raj takes invisible capsul & disappears. Ramesh kidnaps Professor. Ramesh kills a Police Inspector in such a way that this charge also goes on Raj. A bank is looted by Ramesh & this bank robbery is also charged on Raj.
