Producer Director S D Narang who is well known for his family entertainers which not only entertain the cine goers along with popular hit music but also present constructive social and cultural ideas through entertainment. Even in one of his earlier box office hits "Dilli ka Thug" the drug adulteration was the basic theme.

In Do Ustad the creed of feudalism which treats the honour of poor women with scant respects is the basic theme of the picture.

The main characters in the picture turn against society when their women folk are maltreated. But it also deals with the role of social atmosphere in the society which moulds to a large extent the character of the people. A good atmosphere, a touch of affection, an innocence of a child, a loving gesture of a mother can create changes in the lives of even hardened criminals.

"Do Ustad" is the story of two such characters who revolt against society and for the sake of the honour of a family are out to kill each other and take revenge on many other exploiters and wrong doers. What happens in the end is to be seen on the screen. Whether they succeeded in their mission and at what price?
