It starts and involves the lonely and neglected child Bittu, the only son of the richest man, who though loves his son immensely, but unable to attend him due to his vast business activities. Bittu is left alone in the huge state under the guidance of nannies and guards who are on look out to save Bittu from ‘Uncle’ the most sadist character and worst enemy of the richest man, but his attempt is made a complete failure and met by a school teacher, Shaalu, who later finds that guards are to save as well as a fright to the innocent child, she finds that if this continues child will lack of education as well as social life, so she suggests and makes a plan to provide education and protection to the child in a ban school.

Uncle appoints Sunil, a jail bird to get the child from the school. He is placed in the school as a song teacher, since, the previous song teacher met with an accident cause by the uncle’s men. Another jail bird, Vijay comes to the school on his own to kidnap the child for a demand of ransom. The two believes in making 2+2 is equal to 5 and are worst professional enemy to each other. Now one wants to eliminate the other, but knows it very well that he has to face police as well because the other will expose him. And thus a silent tug-of-war starts between two to achieve their goal. If one tries to get Bittu the other leaves no stone to make it a failure without exposing him and this leads to many hilarious situations. Shaala falls in love with Vijay, because he bluffs that he is her father’s best friend’s son and her childhood company. The two stages this drama to win the heart of these two girls and make a use of their love to kidnap the child.

But they come to the conclusion that the girls are obstruction to their goal instead of a help, so the two heartless jail birds avoid  the girls mercilessly by another false dramas.

But were they really heartless…? No, because at one stage not only they forget their enmity but help each other and joining hands fight with the culprit ‘Uncle’ to save Bittu. And thus they really win the heart of Bittu and the girls.
