The police is to protect the needy. A living legend of this ideal is Police Inspector Commander Singh lovingly called the Commander.

Ever vigilant, ever alert the Commander spent sleepless nights during the nocturnal rounds so that the citizens could enjoy a peaceful sleep.

The iron hand of the Commander provoked many enemies in the under-world, notably the white collar criminal Jagan Nath. Jagan Nath tried his best to trap he Commander but he failed. One day Jagan Nath discovered a weak spot in the Commander’s personal life.

The Commander’s loving wife had given birth to a still born child and to save her life the Commander had adopted the son of a notorious dacoit Kirpal Singh. The adoption was emotional not legal.

As soon as Kripal Singh came out of the jail, Jagan Nath raised his status and made him claim his child. The separation of the child from the Commander and his wife was the surest way of wrecking them.

The Commander smelt the evil designs of the criminals behind this move. He decided to fight lone handed against this inhuman racket. And thus with the timely help of the people the Commander emerged triumphant.
