As the title conveys, this story based on a hilarious dialogue comedy, deals with a family under the leadership of Shri Balkrishan Sood, who always had and still has a tendency of being romantic even in his old age. He develops an affair with a society damsel, Indu and decides to divorce his over-weight wife Durga.

Mr. Sood's grown up children, Subhash and Baby return home from their hostel on vacation and find a great change in their Daddy. They notice their father's grey hair turned Jet Black and they also witness the plight in the trearful eyes of their mother. They finally decide to bring Daddy back on the right track and their plan provides a belly ache of laughs on every action and dialogues, ultimately ending in to a hilarious affair.

An affair to remember.
