Dr. Khurana, a scientist comes up with an invention to harness solar energy that could be used to generate electricity. He works for Kailash Gupta, who treats Dr. Khurana as his own uncle. The discovery makes them very popular across the world.

Jeevan, a close friend of Kailash works for Mr. Mehta who runs a company of generators. Mr. Mehta feels threatened by the discovery. Jeevan is also in love with Asha, the daughter of Mr. Mehta. While Jeevan and Asha are in a relationship, Kailash nurses feelings for her as well.

In order to save the company, Jeevan and Mr. Mehta concoct a plan to get Asha and Kailash together. With a little bit of effort and planning from Jeevan and Mr. Mehta they are able to make Asha fall for Kailash and marry him. Kailash, who is unaware about Asha and Jeevan, is quite happy to marry her. On the night of their wedding, Kailash overhears Asha and Jeevan talking which makes him aware of their relation before the marriage. This creates a rift between them and makes him suspicious of Asha.

Meanwhile, Kailash’s maid is seen giving information to some undisclosed person. It is soon revealed that these underhand dealings revolve around the secret formula and an international criminal organization’s plans to steal it.

Unfortunately, Asha is blackmailed into giving the formula to some strangers who are after it. Asha along with Dr. Khurana attempts to save the formula. When this fails, Dr. Khurana is blackmailed into giving up the secret formula. All this while, Kailash gets more and more suspicious of Asha. It is clear that someone in their inner circle is hand in glove with the criminal organization.

The rest of the plot deals with uncovering the identity of the person who is part of the criminal organization. Do Asha and Kailash have a happy ending? Are they able to save the formula? All of this leads to a thrilling climax.
