This is a story of a boy spoilt by the undertrained and overwhelming love and care by the elder brother. As the situation develops ultimately the unbridled (Belagaam) boy taking his brother to the doors of death.

Vicky (Indrajit) and Prakash (Rakesh Roshan) are close friends. Pinky (Munmun Sen) is a young and beautiful girl and is the younger sister of Vicky's Bhabhi (Ashalata).

Vicky is deeply in love with Pinky but Pinky loves Prakash. Vicky cannot tolerate this and Vicky and Prakash no longer remain friends but are now enemies.

Pinky is very firm and determined over her choice and wants to marry no one else but Prakash only. Vicky's brother and Bhabhi are helpless and concede to Pinky's wishes. Vicky is deeply hurt and wants to take revenge and on the day of the marriage kidnaped Pinky from mandap and runs away. Vicky and Pinky land up into trouble and are overpowered by a gangster Sooraj (Sarwar) who wants to take (Revenge) against Vicky.
