A fabulously rich business tycoon of Bombay, Mr Ashok Bhandari happens to be suffering from this dreadful disease. He plays puppet in the hands of one Mr Narian Das who happens to hold portfolio in the cabinet ministry, and runs an illegal smuggling of innocent children outside the country; with the active help of Mr Ashok Bhandari and several others.
Our story centres around Ashok Bhandari and his only young daughter Bharti, who is a law student and is very very patriotic in her deeds and feelings.
Her patriotism is her religion. She is nearly shocked to wreck, when she learns that her father is a traitor, to whom she had been adoring like an angel throughout her life. In a bid to stop him doing more damage to the country, she shoots her own father, and flees away with bag of some National Documents which Mr Narian Dass wants to pass on to some outside country through Ashok Bhandari. Now the police, the CBI. And the gangmen of Narian Dass are after Bharti. Police wants to arrest her and gangster's wants secret documents. This creates a series of happenings exposing Bharti to dangerous threats to her life. To save herself from these threat's she hires professional "HE-MAN" known as Jamliya as her bodyguard. In this course, she had to pay a very big price and that is that, she loses her fiancee Vijay, and law student & constant companion of Bharti. Now her ultimate motive is to see the cunning minister receives his appropriate punishment by law and the society, and in her battle against minister Narain pass Chanakya appears and joins hands with her in her battle against the corrupt minister.
