Arjun Singh was possessed of the will to sacrifice his life in upholding the law and in performing his duty, every drop of blood in his body yearned for such a noble sacrifice, it had become his life mission indeed. This determination made him weed out narcotics peddlers. Arjun Singh successfully carries out many a major and challenging operations with exemplary valour There is an officer by the name Amar Agnihotri who is all praise for and proud of Arjun Singh's achievements and his indomitable spirit. Amar Agnihotri’s only daughter Kaja also developed a liking for Arjun Singh.

In view of Arjun Singh's bravery, he is entrusted with the task of investigating into the 'going-on inside jailer Lankeshwar's jail, because the government suspects that Lankeshwar indulges in black marketing and illegal trade of weapons behind the prison walls. 

Arjun Singh is sent to Lankeshwar's jail as a dangerous convict, on a false (contrived) charge of murdering ACP Amar Agnihotri and here, within the precincts of the walls of jail, begins the battle between the law-abiding soldier and jailer Lankeshwar.

Does Lankeshwar really carry on illegal trade within the jail?
