Jyoti (Neelam), hailing from a rich family and Deepak (Vikas Bhalla) fall in love in college and tie the knot. It so happens that Deepak incurs heavy losses in business and even contemplates suicide. In such a situation, Jyoti seeks the wealthy Prakash's (Sumeet Saigal) help. Jyoti and Prakash strike a deal. The deal has some serious consequences.
Deepak and Jyoti are no more a happily married couple, they are now an estranged couple. The marriage falls apart, thanks to that mysterious deal.
