Sunil (Apoorva), who is young and handsome, falls in love with Nisha (Mahima). Nisha too is sailing in the same boar. Nevertheless, she has to lie to him that she loves dome one else. Sunil's heart breaks, Soon, however, Nisha meets Sunil to confess that she won't be able to live without him. This time Sunil disappoints her. Without mincing words he says that he does not lover her.

Anand (Sunny), who is a prosperous businessman, meets Nisha with the objective of marrying her. Nisha too is disposed to marry her. But, then suddenly she makes a turn-about and expresses her inability to marry him.

NIsha's refusal hurts Anand, but could he forget Nisha? Why did Nisha refuse to marry Sunil? And then, when she changed her mind, why did Sunil find himself helpless to marry Nisha? Why did Nisha refuse to marry Anand and why did Sunil refused to marry Nisha?

Why can't Anand forget Nisha? And when she does come into his life a second time, what is the magnitude of emotional turbulence?
