Preet (Khushboo) young daughter of a very rich man Seth Oberoi gets carried away by Mahesh's innocence. She introduces herself to Mahesh as Seth Oberoi's maid servant.

They fall in love. Mahesh who knows all the tricks of playing cards and entertains children becomes the target of a gambling den owner. Mona (Swapna) a club dancer is appointed to trap Mahesh.
