Pahunche Huwey Logg in the story of those smart and cunning people whose motto in life is to reach at the top, using simple and gullible people as ladders.

Satayaprakash (Amjad Khan) is one such person. He is a ruthless and amoral politician. His goal in life is to reach the Minister's chair.

Seema (Zohra) is Satyaprakash's pretty teenage daughter, but there is a vast difference in the outlooks of father and daughter. Seema is dead against dirty politics and desists her father's crooked ways.

Mohan Bhai (Shafi Inamdar) is Satyaprakash's close associate. He has evolved a unique business his "School of practical politics" supplies professional hunger striker to trade unions and political parties. Dhanraj (Satayan Kappu) is a smuggler who finances Satyaprakash's election campaign's exchange of some shady favors.

Vicky (Shakti Kapoor) is Dhanraj's pampered and spoilt son. Who is madly in love with Seema. But Seema does not care for him as cupid's arrow has already stricken her once and the one and only man in her life is Ajay Mohan Bhai's smart and handsome nephew.

When Satyaprakash learns of this affair he calls Mohan and warns him. And then the giants collide in a battle of shrewdness and cunning in the middle of this story atmospheres Ajay and Seema's love blossoming and finally culminates in a hilarious and action-packed climax.
