Priya (Neelam) comes to Bombay from Dehradun to her grandmother's (Rohini Hattangady) house. She takes her admission in a college. She falls in love with Vicky (Kamal Sadanah) at his first sight.
Bobby (Mohnish Behl) the G.S. of the college follows her constantly. But Priya does not give lift to Bobby. Rajani Bhargav (Aprajita) is the principal of the college. Her son Inspector Karan (Deepak Tijori) has been transferred to Bombay.
Shakti (Arif Khan) comes with his friends and starts misbehaving with Bijli (Kanchan) at her stall, Karan comes and saves her. When her stall gets destroyed in the fight, principal gives shelter to Bijli in her house.
Seth Dhanraj (Bharat Kapoor) takes the help from notorious don of the city Chotulal (Mohan Joshi) to vacate the land, Seth Dhanraj wanted his son to get married with Priya so that Bobby can get all the property. But Vicky stands as a barrier.
