Kamini entangle Shekher belonging from a millionaire family in her false love affair & marries him as she wants to become Memsaab No. 1 . But, Shekher intelligent father forfeits him from his share in the property & spoils Kamini's plans to become Memsaab No. 1. Frustrated Kamini makes her four old friends kill her husband Shekher.
