Thakur (Kiran Kumar) is the Thakur of Chandrapur. His friends Chowdhary (Harish Patel), Chaurasi (Mushtaq Khan), and Dr. Kalkutkar (Jai Kalkutkar) all come to Chandrapur. All the friends misbehave with Haria's daughter "Bindiya". When Haria sees this, they cut his "Tongue", and kill Bindiya. All the four flee from the village. Haria (Dilip Raj) does the "Antim Sanskar" of his daughter and takes his daughter's 'Asti" and he goes to the sea to put it in water. When he is putting in water, a sound comes. It says "Baba, don't put this asti". Haria understands that Bindiya's soul is in this world itself.

A college group is coming to the Chandrapur for picnic. Vicky (Manish Wadhwa), Poonam (Madhu), Prof. Kamse (Anil Saxena), Raju (Vinod Tripati) and Swamy (Paintal) are in this picnic. Here Bindiya kills Raju and enters in the soul of Raju. She comes to city. In city she kills all remaining three one by one. She searches Kiran Kumar, who is out of country. But one day Thakur come to the city. From Chowdhary's house, he comes to know that some soul is in the house. Chowdhary's wife gives him a Tavis. He goes to Chandrapur. In his car, Bindiya's soul is also going. When he reaches Chandrapur, he comes to know that "Bindiya's asti" is in the "Kalash" itself. He goes to Haria's house, and asks for the "Asti Kalash" from him. That time, Vicky and Poonam reaches. Thakur runs away. Bindiya kills him. Then Vicky and Poonam take "Asti" and put in water. Bindiya's soul gets "Mukti" from it.
