Sunil Verma is a sound recordist & is married to 'Renu' who is not in town. While recording a particular song he meets a beautiful lady named 'Sakhi'. She is married to 'Deepak Khanna' who owns a music company & is busy making money. Sunil gets attracted to her & decides to get her. Both get involved in a relationship which eventually becomes very chaotic & full of tensions.

But soon Sunil realises his mistake & tries to break off with her. By this time Sakhi becomes very possessive about Sunil & refuses to leave him. She even tries to commit suicide.

All hell breaks loose when Sakhi breaks the news that she is pregnant & it's Sunil's child. Sunil couldn't bear the tension & confesses everything to Renu. Renu is shattered. On the other hand Deepak gives Supari to 'bhai' to eliminate Sunil.

Can Sakhi forget Sunil? Can Sunil forget that it's his child? Will Renu forgive her husband? Will Deepak take the revenge?
