Sultan Singh (Dharmendra) whose daughter Rani (Rani Sinha) is earning her bread and butter by singing and dancing. Raza Murad's men with Ankush Mohit and others try to foal her but she refuses and ultimately they raped her and she was killed by them. Sultan Singh gets shocked and take revenge he takes law in his hand. On the other hand Reshma (Satnam Kaur) is living happily with her brother Amar (Purohit) and Rajesh (Saif) mother (Mashail Khan) in the same city. Reshma gets teacher's job in Rudrapur village. She saw there that people are living like slave of Thakur Gajraj (Shakti Kapur) & his men Lala Goverdhan (Anil Nagruth), Sher Singh (Jade Gaur), Goverdhan (Ali Khan), Badlu (Oshiva) & Inspector Janardhan (Abid Shah). Reshma goes to city and complaints D.M. about Thakur. This news reaches to thakur & his men killed Reshma's brother & rape Reshma, in between Badlu killed by Reshma. Inspector Janardhan arrest Reshma in Badlu murder case. Reshma escapes from Jail & meet Sultan Singh and asked to him for help.
