Jagdish (Mithun) and his wife Savitri (Ritu Parna) were a picture of Happiness, without any worries. The next turning point came in his life when he was doing the role of Alfred (A revolutionary) in a drama. Alfred was a man who could not tolerate any injustice. In sort time, Jagdish becomes Alfred and kills the mill-owner and then one by one all the people do injustice. The police are looking for the killer.
Jagdish suspects his wife's fidelity and plans to murder her. He takes her to Ooty where Jagdish's friend rapes her and murders her. Seeing his, Jagdish goes mad and takes his friend to see the play 'Alfred'. There, he forces his friend to confess his crime and then he asks the public what should be done with him.
