KAMINI (KAAM KANYA) during her college days, loves SANDEEP, her boy friend and wanted to marry him but Kamini's parents select other guy PRAMOD.

PRAMOD is a big business magnet, a gentleman by nature but has the bad habit of DRINKING.

MANOJ (KAMDEV) is a villain, who is the manager in Pramod's office but a romantic guy with bad habits of WINE and WOMEN.

Pramod's health is affected due to over drinking and his SEX-LIFE becomes negative, consequently everything gets disturbed including business.

Pramod pressurises Kamini to go to office and manage the business with the help of Manoj.
