Dhaneshwar Pitamber (Kadar Khan), a billionaire, has four daughters, all the four daughters are not ready to marry, each one having her own reason. The daughters always play mischievous tricks on the one coming with a proposal or marriage, and their gang leader is the youngest daughter Durga (Twinkle Khanna). Kader Khan is so desperate to get his daughters married that he is ready to give a dowry of five crores to each son in laws.

Raja (Govinda) and Kanahaiya (Jhonny Lever) are small time conmen at the airport. Mama (Ashok Saraf) is their godfather in the art of stealing people. Raju Patel (Ali Asgar) is an NRI from America who comes to India to get married to one of the daughters of Dhaneshwar. Raja and Khnahaiya loot Raju Patel at the airport and come out with his belongings. Dhaneshwar mistake's Raja as Raju Patel and takes him home. Raja comes to know about Dhaneshwar's problems and plans to earn easy money by getting married to Durga. When mama proposes Dhaneshwar for Raja and Durga's marriage Dhaneshwar puts the condition that according to his family astrologer all the daughters have to get married together or no girl can live happily if married single. In order to get five crores Raja solve the problems of the daughters and make them ready for getting married. How Raja solves the daughters problems forms the crux of the story. Ashish Vidyarthi as a don obsessed of becoming a villain in film's play a key character in the whole story.
