Retired Major (Raza Murad) and retired Professor (Ajit Vachhni) are two dear friends, who stay in adjoining bunglows as one family. Majors son Raja (Siddharth Dhawan) and Professor's daughter Rani (Shradha Sharma) study in same college, but they do not like each other and try to show weakness of each other. Majit (Meghana Desai) Dildar Singh's (Shakti Kapoor) daughter likes Raja.

Professor and major, arrange one party and announce the engagement of Raja & Rani, on hearing this both of them were shocked, and their friends decide to creat enmity among the Major and Professor.

A murder takes place and blames comes on Major and he is arrested, and Professor do not give bail him, which cause enmity amongst them.

On the other hand Raja & Rani realises that they could not live without each other, but no use as it is to let now.
Somebody intends to kill Professor, situation turns bad to worst. And how know Raja & Rani meets each other?
