A young doctor Rohan Kumar (Faraz Khan) and his wife Suman (Suman Ranganath) come to Bombay from pune - Rohan has got a job as the Chief Surgeon of a hospital. They are a friendless couple. One night they are intruded upon by a thief and they call the police. The Police Officer inspector Indrajeet Saxena (Milind Gunaji) comes to their house as an investigating officer and soon befriends them.

The friendless couple finally make a friend. But Indrajeet is a devil in disguise the lusts for Suman and he begins to create a rift between the married couple. He plays dirty mind game poisioning husband against wife and vice versa. Rohan finally gets to the bottom of the game but Suman thinks he is over reacting.

When the game gets vicious and bloody Suman comes around to Rohan's point of view. By then however its too late. Indrajeet frames Rohan in a false drug case and has him put behind bars. Suman is left alone to fight Indrajeet.

Does Suman ward off Indrajeet ?
Does Rohan get out of jail ?
Do the couple vanguish the formentor ?
