Thakur Ram was a man of principles, brother wife Janki, nephew Prithvi, widow daughter in law, granddaughter, and two daughters make a happy family. Sher Khan is Thakur Ram's best friend. In the same village Thakur Ranjeet stays with his sister Sanyogita and his grandmother. Prithvi & Sanyogita fall in love and pledge their lives to each other.

Thakur Ram and Ranjeet are enemies since years over a piece of land and that is why their children are enemies too. When Ranjeet comes to know that his sister is in love with Prithvi, he decides to get her married elsewhere. Sanyogita tells Prithvi everything who takes her to Sherkhan. Sherkahan takes both to Thakur Ram and pleads him to get them married but he refuses. On the day of Sanyogita's marriage Prithvi takes her away. In anger Thakur Ranjeet kills Thakur Ram's entire family and imprisons Thakur Ram. Thakur Ram's son in law Banke kills his wife and tries to rape Sujata, Thakur Ram's daughter. She runs away and meets Prithvi. When Prithvi comes to know the truth about his family he comes to the village and with the help of Sherkhan and the villagers saves Thakur Ram's life Sherkhan sacrifices his life but in the end Thakur Ram's family is happy once again.
