Basanti (Durgesh Nandini) is the daughter of the village head, Shankar (Kiran Kukar). Aftab Khan (Raja Murad) and Shankar (Kiran Kumar) are very good friends. Both friends want that the villagers should give their vote fearlessly. However Bhawani Shanker (Shakti Kapoor), Eda Daku (Deepak Shirke), Inspector Azar (Ishrat Ali), Lalla Gullu (Anil Nagrath), Qayamar Khan (Joginder Singh), Shiva (Shiva) together kill Shankar (Kiran Kumar) and Aftab Khan (Raza Murad). The villagers who are under the unleashing terror of Bhavani Shankar become his victims and are forced to give fake votes and ultimately Bhavani Shankar wins the election.

Basanti (Durgesh Nandini) daughter of Shankar (Kiran Kumar) vows to take revenge upon these criminals who have murdered her Father and Uncle and wishes to fulfill the drams of her Father and Uncle to make villagers vote fearlessly. Veer Bahadur (Jai) who is the brother of Bhavani Shankar helps here in this mission.

But will Basanti be successful in the mission?
