Baadal (Mithun Chakraborty) lives with his mother (Ashalata Wabgaonkar) & grandfather (Madan Puri). Meenakshi (Poonam Dhillon) is daughter of Shamsher Singh (Shammi Kapoor). Kiran Singh (Arun Govil) is cousin of Meenakshi, his father was killed by Baadal's dad which led enmity between both the family.
Baadal Loves Meenakshi but parents are against them. Meenakshi's marriage is arranged with Vikram Singh (Shakti Kapoor). Meanwhile Kiran Singh is killed & Baadal is framed for murder.
With few twist & turns it ends.
