This is the story of a brave young man, Raja who changes the fortune of three families staying in a building owned by a lecherous landlord. Raja, who is trapped into evicting the families torn apart by ego, lust and immaturity. Ram, who does not let his wife Sita work because his ego will not let him; Pradap and Sharda who are so busy earning money that they have no time to spare for their widower father or their only chilm; Vishnu Pratap who whiles away his time in fruitless pursuits, ignoring his wife affected with a disease, and his daughter who is forced to sacrificed her education to earn for them.
